“When I asked my real estate agent to help me find a good mover, she recommended Teri-An Consaul, who I already knew. Teri-An took care of the whole move even though I was not in town and she handled the job with my interests in mind. Thanks Ter-An for coming through just when we were in the hospital for the new baby thousands of miles away..”

Teri-An is a very hands-on professional who helped me with every aspect of every job I have hired her for. She was organized, always on time and handled details herself. She has always given a very fair price and delivered GREAT results! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a job well done!

Dear Ms. Consaul,
Now that we’re all settled in at our new office, I can now find the time to write this letter
of gratitude for the services your company provided during my recent relocation.

As I had related to you personally, we had looked toward this move as being one of chaos
and frustration and dreaded the day it would come. After more than 14 years in the same
location, we had amassed a great deal of “stuff”and knew we would have a formidable
task to decide what would go and what would not. In your professional manner, you
made several unexpected trips to our office to assure us that the move would be seamless.
You brought us boxes and packing materials in advance and always offered helpful tips
on how to pack and move our equipment, furniture and files.

Moving day came and your people arrived exactly as planned. With little or no fanfare,
they went about the task of disassembling, wrapping, packing, and loading, all done with
professionalism and care. Each item was treated as if it was a family heirloom (an
overkill perhaps, but greatly appreciated.) This same attention to handling was repeated
at the other end. Not a single problem arose and the move went smoothly. The fee
charged was reasonable and we feel we had received MORE than expected.

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend your company to any of my colleagues,
clients, friends and others who may ask, regardless of whether it’s a local move or across
the country.

Sincerely,

Crowley & Company Advertising, Inc.

We have just finished our move from Florida to Ohio. We used National Van Lines, and we worked with Teri Consaul. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our move.

Working with Teri was the best experience we could have ever hoped for. She was with us from the start to the very end. She really cared about us and was there for us in every way. She was always available to take my calls, which was so important when I had a question.

Yes, I would recommend National Van Lines, and especially Teri ….. 100%. She went far and beyond her call of duty for us.

Deborah and I spent over 30 years in the US Army and moved approximately 25 times all over the world. The services provided during all those moves were not as professionally accomplished as those provided by your team. The folks that did my packing and re-packing (Curtis, Jeff, Donna, and Tommy) did a wonderful job. The crate for a very special item my dear wife gave me was excellently built and packed by your husband Dave and son Jeff. Mike Travis and his son Mike Jr. along with Jamona, and Curtis did a great job of loading out our household goods, and Mike, Mike Jr., and Sherman professionally delivered, unloaded and placed our items in storage here in San Antonio. In fact the great job the last team did in placing our items in storage will help us save hard earned dollars by getting everything in one storage area instead of multiple areas. Last but not least, Debbie and I would like to thank you for your wonderful attitude, professional approach to customer service, and rapid response you provided us when we needed to “Move a mountain in a New York minute”!! I will recommend your team to anyone who needs packing, crating, and moving services; anytime, anywhere.
Thanks again and God Bless,

Edna and I would like to thank you for taking such good care of us during our
recent move. Your attention to detail made what could have been a very stressful
undertaking, a walk in the park! We appreciated the care your crew, Kurt, Randy
and Tom, took in handling our precious items – from the packing, transfer to
multiple locations, storage arrangements,to the move itself. You can be sure we
will recommend you over and over again. Thanks for the TLC, Teri!

Yiddishe naches is, literally, “a Jewish blessing.” A good person is said to have gained/deserved yiddishe naches. For the kindness of your heart, for the not insignificant ways you show it, you have earned, at least from us, yiddishe naches. Thank you Teri for all the ways you have helped us in this difficult endeavor. Us alte koches (old ones) really appreciate it. No, we are not particularly religious, nor particularly observant, but Yiddish is a wonderfully rich language, which you know has crept into English with words like “maven” and we think it sometimes says the things from the heart rather well. So thank you Teri, for being you.
