Now that we're all settled in at our new office, I can now find the time to write this letter
of gratitude for the services your company provided during my recent relocation.
As I had related to you personally, we had looked toward this move as being one of chaos
and frustration and dreaded the day it would come. After more than 14 years in the same
location, we had amassed a great deal of “stuff”and knew we would have a formidable
task to decide what would go and what would not. In your professional manner, you
made several unexpected trips to our office to assure us that the move would be seamless.
You brought us boxes and packing materials in advance and always offered helpful tips
on how to pack and move our equipment, furniture and files.
Moving day came and your people arrived exactly as planned. With little or no fanfare,
they went about the task of disassembling, wrapping, packing, and loading, all done with
professionalism and care. Each item was treated as if it was a family heirloom (an
overkill perhaps, but greatly appreciated.) This same attention to handling was repeated
at the other end. Not a single problem arose and the move went smoothly. The fee
charged was reasonable and we feel we had received MORE than expected.
